French Dip Sandwiches

This week for dinner I made French Dip Sandwiches, another easy crock pot recipe! There are a couple of different ways to make these but I was looking for ease so this is what I came up with.
Go to the deli counter and ask the sweet old deli man to slice 2 pounds of roast beef for you also thin thin thin, stick it in the crock pot with some spices and beef broth and call it good. This recipe is really yummy and so super quick.

French Dip Sandwiches

Ingredents:
2lbs of thinly sliced roast beef
1 packet of Au Jus Mix
3 cups beef broth
1 pack dry zesty Italian seasoning mix
1/2 cup pepperocini peppers with juice
1/4 roughly chopped onion
8 soft white hogi rolls
1/2 lb provolone, swiss or mozzarella cheese

(The peppers can be left out depending on your familys taste)

Put roast beef in the crock pot, layer in onion. Add the au jus mix, peppers and Italian seasoning pour over meat. Turn crock pot on low and let cook for 4 hours. When preparing sandwiches pile on meat and cheese then turn your ovens broiler on place sandwiches under the broiler until cheese is bubbly and melty and delicious. Also ladle some of the cooking juice into a bowl for dipping.
