"Cuz I love ya..."

Do you want to know why I married Adam?

You do?

Alright then

Sometimes I when haven't done laundry in 2 weeks,
I come home from a long day at work and I see this
(With my clothes clean, hung, and folded in my closet)

Sometimes when I beg Adam to do a puzzle with me,
he does

and he doesn't complain when it takes 5 hours and 35 minuets

and he loves me when I make this face

Sometimes he lets me take his picture when he really doesn't want me to

Sometimes when he tells me to check the mail I see this

because he really, really loves me

YES THIS

BECAUSE HE REALLY REALLY LOVES ME
(somehow I do not own a copy of this)

And sometimes when I ask him to watch it with me
he agrees, and even pretends to like it

Sometimes when I give myself a facial, I make him have one too

Sometimes he loves it
(but mostly not)

I married him because he loves me.

Dinner Day Wednesday

This week for dinner the thought of cooking anything made me want to pull my eyelashes out, luckily Adam and I discovered the most wonderful new grocery store. It's called Winco, it's a bit of a drive for us but the prices are so worth it. It's like shopping at Costco without the membership cost.

We like it.

We also like their pizza, which is what saved my eyelashes today. I talked Adam into the vegetarian, it was good the sauce and toppings are predictable but there is something different in the crust. It's soft and crunchy, and yummy. Thanks Winco, for being so cool.

French Dip Sandwiches

This week for dinner I made French Dip Sandwiches, another easy crock pot recipe! There are a couple of different ways to make these but I was looking for ease so this is what I came up with.
Go to the deli counter and ask the sweet old deli man to slice 2 pounds of roast beef for you also thin thin thin, stick it in the crock pot with some spices and beef broth and call it good. This recipe is really yummy and so super quick.

French Dip Sandwiches

Ingredents:
2lbs of thinly sliced roast beef
1 packet of Au Jus Mix
3 cups beef broth
1 pack dry zesty Italian seasoning mix
1/2 cup pepperocini peppers with juice
1/4 roughly chopped onion
8 soft white hogi rolls
1/2 lb provolone, swiss or mozzarella cheese

(The peppers can be left out depending on your familys taste)

Put roast beef in the crock pot, layer in onion. Add the au jus mix, peppers and Italian seasoning pour over meat. Turn crock pot on low and let cook for 4 hours. When preparing sandwiches pile on meat and cheese then turn your ovens broiler on place sandwiches under the broiler until cheese is bubbly and melty and delicious. Also ladle some of the cooking juice into a bowl for dipping.
